We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

Package tampered during transit
To be eligible for a return:
The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
Product must remain unused and in original packaging
Proof such as photos/videos of the product and package may be required
For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable:
Opened or used products
Products without original packaging
Consumable hemp wellness products once opened
Items purchased during clearance or special sale events
