At Uttarakhand Hemp, customer satisfaction is important to us. We maintain strict quality standards for all our hemp-based products. If you experience any issue with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Product received in defective condition

  • Package tampered during transit

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must remain unused and in original packaging

  • Proof such as photos/videos of the product and package may be required


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Consumable hemp wellness products once opened

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale events

  • Gift cards or promotional items


3. Return Request Process

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Email us at hello@uttarakhandhemp.com

  2. Mention:

    • Order ID

    • Issue description

    • Photos/videos of the product

  3. Our support team will review the request within a reasonable timeframe.

Approved returns may require the product to be shipped back to us.


4. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and verified:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

  • In some cases, refunds may be issued as store credit or replacement product

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider or bank

  • Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours

  • Share clear photos/videos for verification

  • We will assist with a replacement or suitable resolution
