  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–10 business days
International Shipping
  • Delivery timelines vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, and courier partner availability.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Delivery location
    • Order weight
    • Applicable shipping method

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking ID / AWB number
  • Courier partner details

Customers can use the tracking details to monitor delivery status.


5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If the customer is unavailable or provides an incorrect address/contact number, delivery delays or return shipments may occur.

Additional re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

8. Damaged Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incomplete contact details
  • Incorrect PIN/ZIP codes
